Mayan Human Sacrifice

There are enormous freshwater caverns all throughout the underground of Central America and South America, referred to as “cenote’s” (pronounced “see-no-tays”). The ancient Mayan’s would throw people into these cenotes sacrificially, and thought it to be a great honor to those who participated.
