Vincent Vango sold only one painting, entitled "the red vineyard" during the course of his life. He sold it to a Belgium art collector for 400 Belgian Franc's in 1890, shortly before his death in 1896. The painting sold for an equivalent value of $1000 by today's standard of currency.
