The Causation and Cure for Colorblindness

Being colorblind is more difficult than most people believe as those affected often cannot match clothing colors, tell when fruit is ripe, tell when meat is cooked, or tell when traffic lights are various colors in certain lighting conditions (e.g. flashing red being mistaken for flashing yellow). Color vision is trichromatic with 3 types of cone cells within the eyes which consist of blue, green, and red, which are sensitive to short, medium, and long wavelengths of light, with each cone permitting an observer to view approximately 100 different shades. When all shades are combined, the human eye can observe approximately 1,000,000 (1 million) different colors. Colorblindness can stem from faulty cone cells or an interruption between the pathway of the cones and the brain. Colorblindness has caused vehicular deaths due to accidents around the world which have occurred most often because a driver perceived a light as yellow when it was red in reality. Neuroscientist Professor Jay Neitz (pronounced “nites”), a color researcher at the University of Washington in the U.S. and his spouse, geneticist Maureen Neitz, have teamed up to try and cure colorblindness. Gene therapy is currently being researched around the world and scientists believe that colorblindness will be cured using gene therapy in the near future. Male squirrel monkeys are naturally red-green colorblind and gene studies have demonstrated that these monkeys can be afforded color vision after having a gene delivered into the cone cells within the eye. The gene produced transforms a subset of the green cones within the male squirrel monkeys eyes to force them to become red cones, red cones which have hijacked the squirrel monkeys neural circuitry which was previously utilized solely for blue-yellow color vision, essentially bifurcating into red-green cones and blue-yellow cones so that the monkeys examined developed full color vision like human beings as of 2019. The Neitz’s confirmed this by providing male squirrel monkeys colorblind examinations which when answered correctly, delivered a small treat of food after having undergone gene therapy. Trials in human beings have yet to start as the Neitz’s believe that this step is still a few years away, but expected to initiate during the 2020’s

The Psychology Behind Why Human Beings Desire

Human beings are not born with a sense of self, as the answer to the question “who am I?” is truly the accumulation of experiences and interactions with other people. This interaction and experience creates the self-image, an idea which is built by the views and responses of other people. Modern society is comprised of a civilization which spends great time, effort, and attention acquiring and accumulating objects and possessions, often with no particular use whatsoever, collected to produce a statement of each individual, leveraging objects as an extension of the self. In a society of sentient beings, desire is an inevitability. The products which a consumerist society creates are optional but the desire is not. This drive is what makes it easy for producers to create and design products and services which are acquired by the masses, products and services which aren’t necessarily useful or needed (e.g. latest smartphone with unknown features which remain unknown until used for the first time, but this being unimportant as the end user is positive they will enjoy the features once observed) but are purchased out of the compulsion of desire. This primitive desire has created the modern concept of dynamic obsolesce. The end user is permitted to achieve a positive emotional state, for a short period of time, which quickly fades and must be replaced by something else. This character trait has been bred into the human psyche through evolution. Human beings, like all animals, compete for mates. All animals display extra resources (e.g. colorful feathers, large horns, decorative patterns etc.) to advertise for potential mates that their genes are incredibly fit for selection and reproduction. Human beings partake in this evolved display by demonstrating attributes which require extra energy and natural resources which aren’t required to be genetically fit, which the human mind responds to regardless of the features usefulness (e.g. high heeled shoes and makeup, fast automobiles, designer clothing and accessories like handbags etc.). Manufacturers of these types of products intuitively understand and therefore successfully hijack the concept of status, one of the most fundamental determinants of human behavior. Producers of products and services tap into the preoccupation human beings have with what others think as human beings are effectively animals seeking social stature and prestige. Because of this, human beings prefer objects to be new, flamboyant in their display, and convenient

A Revolutionary Breakthrough in Oncology Treatment

Cancer kills 9,000,000 (9 million) people each year and despite having searched for centuries, a cure has yet to be discovered by scientists. At the center of the immune system is the T cell, a type of leukocyte which respond against bacterial and viral infections alike in an effort to keep their host healthy and alive. T cells determine between threatening and non-threatening foreign and non-foreign bodies within a host by leveraging a molecule upon the surface of all cells referred to as the “T cell receptor”. Jim Allison was the first person to successfully isolate and purify the molecule which recognizes this lock and key model for infectious disease, auto-immune disease, and other innocuous substances within the body be they foreign or internally created. In 1987, French scientist Pierre Golstein and his team discovered a new protein upon the surface of T cells which he named “CTLA-4”. To study CTLA-4 in laboratory rats, Allison had to build and design a rat antibody, a Y shaped protein which would trigger a reaction by CTLA-4. Cancers are mutations and should in theory be visible to the immune system, which is why the scientific community has struggled with the paradox of why tumors go undetected by the immune system for decades. There is no discernible reason as to why the immune system can recognize and resist influenza or any other foreign or domestic body but not cancer. Allison theorized that tumors have evolved an ability to fool the immune system, engaging CTLA-4 which turns on the T cells response to halt its search and destroy measures. Allison hypothesized that if he inserted a Y shaped antibody to block the gap in between the tumor and T cells, the tumor would no longer have its ability to hide, a trait which has been evolved by tumor cells over hundreds of millions of years. This would allow the T cell to infiltrate, attack from within the tumor, shrink, and ultimately kill the growth. Allison spent the next decade trying to turn this revolutionary breakthrough discovery into a medication which could be provided to cancer patients. Allison found Alan Korman, a scientist creating medications for auto-immune disease which provided him with the expert he required to turn this idea into a reality. Korman was tasked with taking the CTLA-4 antibody which Allison and partner Max Krummell developed for laboratory rats, and turn it into a medication which could safely work within human beings with this medication subsequently being named “Ipilimumab” (pronounced “ipi-lim-ooh-mab”). Korman ended up collaborating with a friend from graduate school, Nils Lonberg to accomplish this task. Ipilimumab consists of an intramuscular injection into the leg and a 90 minute intravenous medication drip in comparison to chemotherapy and radiation therapy which take months of treatment to complete and have devastating effects upon overall health as both bad and good tissue are destroyed in an effort to eradicate all tumor cells. Allison’s work with laboratory rats demonstrated that with the help of this newly developed antibody, T cells gained the ability enter into tumors and expand their size in an effort to destroy them from the inside out. This means that the fact that tumors grow initially upon administration is a positive marker and indicative of the medication working as it demonstrates successful infiltration of the tumor cells themselves. Patients often report feeling better after a few treatment sessions, sometimes even a single session, despite computer tomography scans demonstrating that their tumors are growing larger, which under normal circumstances would make a patient feel worse. Some patients even noted increased improvement after having stopped the Ipilimumab treatment, with no further therapy required. On March 25, 2011, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration released approval for Ipilimumab. Ipilimumab and its successors have treated nearly 1,000,000 (1 million) patients worldwide with many of these patients achieving permanent remission which is essentially the definition of having been cured of cancer. Although these medications do not work in every single case, they have definitively demonstrated to be a miracle medication for hundreds of thousands of people thus far. After completing this revolutionary discovery, Allison was awarded the Nobel Prize in Medicine in 2018 for his series of discoveries related to T cells and their ability to halt cancer in its progression in perpetuity

The Chinese Government’s Eradication, Extermination and Annihilation of the Islamic Uyghur Ethnicity

It is estimated that the Chinese government is holding more than 1,000,000 (1 million) practitioners of Islam in detention camps, the largest incarceration of an ethnic group since World War II. Holding facilities used to house detainees utilize the latest, most advanced technology in development, technology which is actively being tested to better control human beings. Chinese technology has advanced to the point that words spoken over telephone conversations can trigger surveillance so those with families inside detention centers often talk using coded language when using any type of telecommunications device. In 2009, thousands of Chinese Uyghur’s (pronounced “wee-gurr”) rioted in China’s Xinjiang province, the primary location of most Chinese Uyghur people. This riot was caused after a peaceful protest had gone awry due to law enforcement suppression, with the protests originally being conducted because of 2 Uyghur practitioners who were killed by the Chinese state. Almost 200 people, mainly Han Chinese were killed in this conflict. In the aftermath of this event, in an attempt to suppress any further activity, an unknown number of Uyghur were murdered and thousands imprisoned. President Xi Jinping appointed Chen Quanguo (pronounced “Chen Chang-gu-woa”), a strong arm tactical leader who had earned a reputation as an enforcer after pacifying Tibet. Quanguo elevated security in Xinjing against the Uyghur people, to suppress any future insurrection. Xi’s government decided that Xinjing’s 13,000,000 (13 million) Muslims would be treated as potential terrorists despite evidence which explicitly states that an extremely small minority of Uyghur people identify with the ideology of insurgency, separatism, and militancy. China has developed a ranking system which consists of 100 points, denoting somebody as a safe person. 10 points are deducted for each category which applies to an individual (e.g. identifying as Uyghur, being between the ages of 15 – 55, having knowledge of Islam, engaging in regular prayer, relatives living abroad, holding an active passport etc.). The Chinese government soon realized that the number of people who would be deemed unsafe in reference to this new system was quite large which is why enormous holding camps were developed upon an industrial scale. The Chinese government initially denied the existence of these facilities but satellite imagery clearly and definitively prove their construction and use. It is believed by western intelligence that there are now up to 1200 camps in operation. Facilities are highly regulated with moveable cameras in each dormitory and classroom, and detainees are permitted no more than 2 minutes in the bathroom before running the risk of being struck in the head with a electric baton prod. There have been accounts by detainees of other prisoners who were treated so poorly that their mental health began to decline into madness. The scale of this operation has caused some children to lose both parents which is why specialized orphanages have been setup to take care of children left behind by their incarcerated guardians. The Chinese government has recorded footage from within the camps to portray for the outside world the narrative that these facilities are nothing more than re-education centers. In reality, these highly polished videos have more in common with tourism advertisements than they do with journalism as the facilities are depicted to be much better than they actually are in terms of treatment of those imprisoned and the conditions presented to them. A large majority of Han Chinese are in favor of these facilities as racial bias, prejudice, and Islamaphobia is commonplace against the Uyghur ethnicity in China. Many Han believe the propaganda which has been fed to them, leading them to believe that the Uyghur people are of a lower intelligence quotient than Han Chinese and that they are incapable of doing anything outside of agrarian tasks like herding sheep. Detainees are actively being experimented upon to develop technologies which will forever change the modern world in respect to surveillance. The Chinese government has employed a tiered process for surveillance of the Uyghur people which begins with video surveillance setup outside of the home and ramping up to having flagged identification so that whenever law enforcement or checkpoints are present, a person is stopped and questioned, possibly being detained. All intelligence information is fed into a central system referred to as the “Public Security Database”. All Uyghur people have been instructed by the government to visit local police precincts to submit forensic data regarding themselves including vocal samples of ones voice which provides a unique voice signature, three dimensional facial scans, fingerprints, blood samples, and even deoxyribonucleic acid samples. The Chinese government is running specialized programs in Xinjing entitled “Homestay” and “Becoming Family” which sends uninvited Han Chinese workers into the homes of Uyghur people with the official statement stating that these programs are designed to promote national unity and harmony. The visitors sent out are described by authorities as “relatives” of the Uyghur people, but in reality, these people act as agents of the state, collecting, recording, and submitting intelligence via surveillance at an intimate and personal level which is inside of the home. Each person being monitored is provided a biographical profile so that the Chinese government understands how large or little a threat a person truly is. Many Uyghur households are individually marked with quick response barcodes, often referred to as “QR codes”, the same kind used on social media to photograph and pull up information instantly. Law enforcement frequent homes with quick response codes marked on the front door of a home upon a regular basis to scan it and ensure that only those who are registered for the home are present within it. Smartphones are examined at the various law enforcement outposts setup across the province to ensure the public is complying with the rules and regulations setforth by the state. Anyone caught violating any of these rules is subject to immediate arrest and detention with many examples of people being imprisoned for innocuous offenses (e.g. 12 months of incarceration for installing WhatsApp upon a smartphone). In addition to this, all Uyghurs are required to instal a Chinese government app which monitors their devices for suspicious activity. This level of intrusiveness is unprecedented in the modern world, as no country other than China employs such aggressive measures to surveillance it’s people. Xinjing has been labeled by experts to be the most tightly controlled and regulated region in the world, a surveillance state which surpasses all others, teetering upon the borderline of science fiction in terms of the Chinese governments reach, breadth, and depth of intelligence. The Chinese company Leon is helping to build the infrastructure needed to create a seemingly impregnable surveillance state, developing technologies and strategies which most likely will be rolled out across China and into other countries which want to adopt and license the technology from China, which provides a dual benefit effect as the Chinese government then owns the worlds best surveillance systems to surveil its own people as well as the ability to sell these technologies to the highest bidding countries and organizations, providing an economic incentive for China to continue developing and pushing the boundaries of what is possible with this bleeding edge technology. It should be noted that Leon is only one of many companies working with and for the Chinese state to develop surveillance technologies. Foreign nations outside of China have done little to protest the development and implementation of these technologies in an concerted effort to ensure economic relationships with China remain un-jeopardized. Measures to eradicate the Uyghur people and culture to the point of annihilation have recently been increased with physical, visual evidence recorded of bulldozers demolishing traditional Uyghur housing in Kashgar, China as part of the Communist Parties housing modernization and development program. Satellite imagery definitely demonstrates that symbolic destruction is occurring in tandem with the domes and minarets of mosques being dismantled and removed from at least 2 dozen Islamic religious sites as of 2019. The Chinese government emphatically states that human rights are not violated in re-education centers and that cruelty is strictly prohibited with detainees free to apply for consent to leave at any time. These claims however have not been verified and evidence to the contrary has been overwhelmingly collected and distributed by western media organizations. The Chinese government is heavily focusing upon indoctrinating the current generation of young Uyghur children, forbidding the usage of indigenous language and cultural practices in an effort to assimilate young Uyghur children into becoming Chinese citizens identical to the Han Chinese which is the predominant ethnicity of China, comprising 92% of the total population, a figure which means that 19% of the worlds total population identify as Han

The Link Between Dementia and Iron

Measuring iron in the brain is the best known way to confirm dementia without performing an autopsy after death. The brain naturally creates tiny bits of iron referred to as “magnetite”. As a human being ages, more and more iron accumulates within the brain. Too much iron however, is a hallmark of dementia. It is theorized that this overproduction of iron is actually due to external factors like pollution rather than naturally occurring phenomena. Dr. Barbara Marr, a world renowned expert and authority in respect to the measurement of metal in incredibly small particles, took thin tissue sections of affected brains obtained during autopsy and observed them under a highly resolved transmission electronmicroscope to review the particles within the neurons of the brain and found 2 different shapes of particle. The magnetite particles are beautifully crystalline, regular and geometric, whilst the opposing particles were rounded in shape, referred to as “spherls” (pronounced “sfare-alls”) or “nanospheres”, rounded in shape because they were originally molten droplets. For every 1 biologically manufactured magnetite, 100 artificially implanted foreign particles of iron are found within the brains of those affected by this condition as confirmed by a study which took place in Mexico City, Mexico. Although not definitely proven, the shape of these secondary particles is remarkably similar to that of airborne pollution, which suggests to scientists that there is a discernible correlation between the 2 types

The Purpose and Setup of Sensory Deprivation Tanks

Sensory deprivation involves a large tank which is filled up with water heated to 37 degrees Celsius, the same temperature as the body, and 1000 lbs., or some variation of this in smaller tanks, of Epsom salts are added, so that half of the body is underwater and half of it is above because of the density of the salt within the water. Human beings have low fat content on average and need this salt otherwise a participant would sink. An observer cannot distinguish between water and air because when within the tank as it feels the same, and after a short period of time, because there are no visual queues being that the tank is completely dark, in the absence of sensory input, an observer typically begins to think differently as the brain has more resources dedicated to thought as less surface area is compartmentalized for sensory stimuli. This process is extremely similar to meditation, however meditation takes both time and practice to achieve upon a consistent, reliable, and meaningful level, as opposed to a sensory deprivation tank in which reaching such a state is essentially automatic provided enough time passes within the tank for the observer. This experience ends instantaneously once the tanks door is opened however, unlike meditation or the use of pharmacological agents to achieve a psychedelic or intrinsic experience

The Original Intent of the Field of Archeology

Archeology first began with a quest to discover one master truth above all others which was to find direct evidence of Jesus Christ. During the 17th century, fossils and other archaeological evidence of life prior to human beings were erroneously identified and explained as animals which were not able to make it onto Noah’s Ark and therefore perished in the great flood. Spear tips and dagger points were often incorrectly identified and explained as thunderbolts from heaven or meteorites during this period

The Ancient Greek Concept of the “Soulmate”

The notion of a soulmate has its origins in Ancient Greece. Over 2000 years ago, the Greek philosopher Plato postulated that all human beings should be considered perfect, and that each person is tragically split in two at birth, resulting in a species destined to spend the rest of their lives searching for another person who can complete their missing half

The Reason Why Genetic Diseases Remain Undetected

Every human being carries 10 – 20 faulty mutated genes which if matched with another person who carries the same mutation can cause hereditary disease processes. The reason these genes stay dormant and continue to be passed along without any particular generation noticing is because they have not been synchronized with a copy of that same mutation due to two people coming together to procreate. When this does occur however, the chance of inheriting the disease jumps from 0% to 50% automatically. The human genome is akin to a book with 3,000,000,000 (3 billion) letters, therefore small changes on any level is an immensely complex process and can lead to drastic changes under the right conditions

The Physical Size and Strength of Neanderthals

Neanderthals were on average 6” shorter than human beings, due to their vast musculature caused by androgen hormones within their bodies which may have caused them to act more aggressive than their human counterparts. Neanderthals were barrel-chested with pectoral muscles twice the size that of a human beings chest. While Neanderthals were shorter than humans, their extra muscle mass would mean that a Neanderthal and human being could weigh the same mass but the Neanderthal would be up to 90% stronger than the human
